Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Spanish/English Bilingual - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to procedures
• Record abusive and extraordinary calls as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in customer service or related field
• Proficient in data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 35 WPM
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
