Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- Bilingual (French).

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for pricing, information, and product availability
• Handle customer orders and resolve issues related to billing and computer systems
• Provide product information and promote up-selling while maintaining customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn company systems
• Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute
