Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and medical providers
• Adjust claims and address customer needs empathetically
• Update customer files and support projects as directed by management

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• High School diploma with some college or business school education preferred
• Experience in a high-volume call center and knowledge of claims inquiry procedures
• Basic computer operations knowledge and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality laws
