Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and document daily calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
  • Collect information, verify authorization and claims, and assist with member outreach communications
  • Provide assistance with appointment scheduling and resolve member concerns


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working in customer service
  • One year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
