Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and document daily calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Collect information, verify authorization and claims, and assist with member outreach communications
- Provide assistance with appointment scheduling and resolve member concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in customer service
- One year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
