Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from Spanish-speaking patients, health plans, and healthcare providers via telephone or email
- Route health plan representatives and providers to appropriate internal resources and handle customer questions or issues
- Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure timely email responses
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Prior experience in a call center is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) preferred
