Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries from Spanish-speaking patients, health plans, and healthcare providers via telephone or email
  • Route health plan representatives and providers to appropriate internal resources and handle customer questions or issues
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure timely email responses
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Prior experience in a call center is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) preferred
