Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center - Bilingual (English & Spanish) CSR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist inbound inquiries from health plan members regarding transportation services
Respond quickly and professionally to customer calls while meeting productivity metrics
Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' health information

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
Ability to sit and wear a headset for 8 hours or more a day
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have a secure, quiet workspace without conflicting responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word is moderate
