Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming omnichannel customer interactions, addressing questions and issues in a supportive manner
  • Document client interactions and assist with appointment transactions while maintaining privacy standards
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service experience and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiently bilingual in spoken and written English and French
  • Computer knowledge including advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Must complete initial training and ongoing educational sessions
  • Flexible full-time schedule availability, including weekends
