Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming omnichannel customer interactions, addressing questions and issues in a supportive manner
- Document client interactions and assist with appointment transactions while maintaining privacy standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service experience and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiently bilingual in spoken and written English and French
- Computer knowledge including advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Must complete initial training and ongoing educational sessions
- Flexible full-time schedule availability, including weekends
