Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to address inquiries and concerns
• Resolve and de-escalate customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while meeting sales objectives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
