Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I who is fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and document daily telephone calls from members and providers, addressing their concerns and inquiries
- Assist with member outreach communications and appointment scheduling with providers
- Resolve walk-in member concerns and provide quality service while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
