Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I who is fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and document daily telephone calls from members and providers, addressing their concerns and inquiries
  • Assist with member outreach communications and appointment scheduling with providers
  • Resolve walk-in member concerns and provide quality service while maintaining confidentiality


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
