A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: English / Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• More than 1 year of customer service experience
