Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual English/Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, email, and other channels, managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems and process secure transactions
- Identify and escalate recurring customer concerns while collaborating on team resources and continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or service-oriented environment
- Experience using multiple computer systems or learning management systems (LMS) preferred
- Prior experience processing secure transactions or handling sensitive data (PII/PCI) is a plus
- This is a remote position
