Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and determine the type of assistance needed by customers
- Document customer inquiries and issues while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
- Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
