Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and determine the type of assistance needed by customers
  • Document customer inquiries and issues while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
  • Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
