Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Document customer interactions and record any abusive or extraordinary calls
  • Fulfill customer needs by gathering information and providing appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of prior experience in customer service or related fields
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard and 10-key pad
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
