- Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Document customer interactions and record any abusive or extraordinary calls
- Fulfill customer needs by gathering information and providing appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in customer service or related fields
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
