Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish) - PART-TIME Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support by answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries
• Manage customer profiles and coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Evaluate customer problems and file disputes in accordance with Regulation E

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
