Key Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Manage and update customer profiles and coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Evaluate customer problems and provide effective solutions while maintaining communication with relevant departments

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
