Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 Part Time (Bilingual Medical Self Pay).

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers through inbound and outbound calls, reviewing account history
  • Maintain a 96% quality score by providing superior customer service and accurate documentation
  • Execute follow-up procedures on third-party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or relevant certification/degree
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume call role or completion of a relevant training course
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
