Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for pricing, information, and orders
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues, including billing and computer system inquiries
• Provide product and service information while promoting upselling and maintaining call logs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• 2 years prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn company systems
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
