Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - WAH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions and exceptional customer service
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
• Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs
• Strong attendance record
