Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center - Bilingual (English & Spanish) CSR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist inbound inquiries from health plan members regarding transportation services
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer calls while meeting productivity metrics
- Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' health information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to sit and wear a headset for 8 hours or more a day
- Must have a secure, quiet workspace without conflicting responsibilities during work shifts
- Candidates must provide their own equipment to perform job functions
