Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due
  • Set up and manage payment plans for patients as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI) and comply with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience, preferably in medical or healthcare
  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is preferred
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED); continuing education preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers efficiently
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment
