Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
  • Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries
  • Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
  • Candidates must reside in the United States
  • Knowledge of customer service policies and product information
  • Understanding of federal and state regulations, if applicable
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts between 8:00am-7:00pm CST
