Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
- Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries
- Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
- Candidates must reside in the United States
- Knowledge of customer service policies and product information
- Understanding of federal and state regulations, if applicable
- Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts between 8:00am-7:00pm CST
