Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information about healthcare insurance plans to enrollees via telephone
  • Assist with orientation and education on non-clinical matters related to plan coverages
  • Document inquiries and actions taken, and refer unresolved issues to supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Fully bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish
  • Proficient in using computer-based customer service platforms
  • Available to work a fixed schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed
