Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and respond to written communication
- Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products and assist with order inquiries
- Process refunds and replacements accurately and efficiently while delivering empathetic customer service
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- College degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
