Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and respond to written communication
  • Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products and assist with order inquiries
  • Process refunds and replacements accurately and efficiently while delivering empathetic customer service
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • College degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
