Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a full-time position responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence while providing support and education about health plans and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engages and educates members on their unique needs and health plan resources
  • Answers inquiries and resolves issues from members, providers, and plan sponsors
  • Documents interactions and assists in processing claims and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Knowledge of health plan benefits and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
