Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a full-time position responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence while providing support and education about health plans and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages and educates members on their unique needs and health plan resources
- Answers inquiries and resolves issues from members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Documents interactions and assists in processing claims and appeals
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
- Knowledge of health plan benefits and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and empathy skills
