Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Service Representative, responsible for supporting New Yorkers with health plan enrollment in a full-time, temporary remote role, requiring fluency in English and another specified language.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information and support
- Assist callers with enrollment, disenrollment, and plan selection
- Maintain knowledge of program policies and meet reliability, quality, and productivity expectations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Call Center role
- Typing speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
- Ability to learn new programs and follow scripts/policies
- Fluency in English and one additional specified language
