Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, responsible for supporting New Yorkers with health plan enrollment in a full-time, temporary remote role, requiring fluency in English and another specified language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information and support
  • Assist callers with enrollment, disenrollment, and plan selection
  • Maintain knowledge of program policies and meet reliability, quality, and productivity expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Call Center role
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Ability to learn new programs and follow scripts/policies
  • Fluency in English and one additional specified language
