Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, this full-time remote position involves fielding customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels while meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information for auditing purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues and meet defined sales objectives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
