Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring timely resolution while documenting interactions accurately.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to resolve customer issues related to health insurance products and services
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the appropriate software systems while adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Develop expertise in health insurance benefits and eligibility, providing accurate information to customers and assisting with problem resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
  • Ability to pass the company's Customer Service Assessment proficiency test
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-stress environment
