Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while working remotely and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Engage with a diverse customer base to address needs and resolve technical issues
• Promote products and services to enhance customer experience with DISH TV

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Must reside in specific eligible states including Florida, Georgia, and others
