Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist members with AAA membership inquiries, provide proactive solutions, and recommend services while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
- Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Engage with members using strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston branch office
