Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist members with AAA membership inquiries, provide proactive solutions, and recommend services while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
  • Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
  • Engage with members using strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston branch office
