Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, provide personalized solutions, and engage in a fast-paced, member-focused environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to assist members with questions about AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized solutions and recommend products and services to members
• Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and multitasking to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
