Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will communicate proactively with customers, respond to inquiries, and de-escalate situations while working remotely during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner
  • Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations
  • Identify root causes of inquiries and determine the best solutions through probing questions
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual (fully fluent in English and Spanish or Creole)
  • Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Strong desire to take ownership in resolving customer situations
