Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support remotely by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support with promptness and accuracy
  • Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work towards satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a positive rapport
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively and record interactions in the appropriate systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic customer service and phone handling experience
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with familiarity in basic computer applications
  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to take ownership of customer issues until resolution is achieved
