Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative, the full-time hourly position will manage customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive experience while addressing inquiries and concerns in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, initiate, document, and handle product/service-related transactions with customers
- Effectively respond to customer queries while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience
Required qualifications
- 1-year preferred experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (B2)
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude
