Job Summary
Providing exceptional patient support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage over 80 inbound calls daily, assist with payment plans, and utilize various resources to resolve inquiries in a remote setting from 11 am to 8 pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage 80+ inbound calls per day from patients and healthcare providers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
