Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time role, responsible for managing product/service-related transactions via phone, chat, and email while ensuring a positive customer experience in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive, initiate, document, and handle product/service-related transactions over the phone with customers
  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner

Required qualifications:
  • 1-year preferred experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude
