Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time role, responsible for managing product/service-related transactions via phone, chat, and email while ensuring a positive customer experience in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive, initiate, document, and handle product/service-related transactions over the phone with customers
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience
Required qualifications:
- 1-year preferred experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude
