Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support for SNAP EBT transactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance regarding SNAP EBT transactions to customers
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, guiding them through effective solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts
- Computer savvy with the capability to operate multiple windows and tabs efficiently
