Job Summary

Working remotely as a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Government Public Trust Clearance, the candidate will support U.S. residents during national emergencies by providing information on available services and resolving customer inquiries in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on available services to support their needs
• Provide solutions through various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with patience and understanding

Required qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Basic computer experience
• U.S. citizenship required due to government assignment
