Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while working remotely and engaging with a diverse consumer base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and value from DISH TV
• Maintain engagement on calls and participate in video meetings with minimal distractions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience or training
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Reside in eligible states such as Florida, Georgia, or New Mexico
