Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist with SNAP EBT transactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints while guiding them through solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
  • Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts
  • Proficiency with technology, including the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while assisting customers
