Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist clients with service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancements, focusing on achieving one-call resolution in a full-time or part-time capacity.

- Manage customer interactions by troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions

Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service or client interactions
- Fluency in verbal and written Spanish and English (CEFR: B2 level or higher)
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including full-time or part-time hours
