Job Summary

As a Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative, the remote position will assist Spanish or French-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to their health care and pension plans, ensuring high-quality service through phone, email, and chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and respond to customer inquiries in Spanish or French, ensuring timely and respectful communication
  • Safeguard confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms
  • Document call and case notes accurately in English and participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish or French, with the ability to translate calls into grammatically correct English notes
  • Experience in a customer service environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured, virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess member concerns effectively
