Job Summary
As a Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative, the remote position will assist Spanish or French-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to their health care and pension plans, ensuring high-quality service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to customer inquiries in Spanish or French, ensuring timely and respectful communication
- Safeguard confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms
- Document call and case notes accurately in English and participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish or French, with the ability to translate calls into grammatically correct English notes
- Experience in a customer service environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured, virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess member concerns effectively
