Job Summary

As a Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will assist Spanish or French and English-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to their health care and pension plans, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and respond compassionately to customers, exceeding expectations through respectful and timely communication
  • Safeguard confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms
  • Maintain accurate call and case notes in English, demonstrating knowledge of company procedures and participating in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent Spanish or French language skills with the ability to translate calls into grammatically correct English
  • Experience in a customer service environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school degree required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured, virtual environment
