Job Summary
Providing superior customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative II will manage eligibility inquiries and claims coordination in both Haitian Creole and English while ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate claims electronically and handle eligibility inquiries via phone in both languages
- Meet established call center metrics and ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and provide mentoring to other CSRs as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred
- 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
- Fluency in Haitian Creole and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs while assisting customers
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess strong time management skills
