Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide quality customer service via phone, chat, and email, while managing customer inquiries, complaints, and account updates in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and payment processing
- Open trouble tickets for customer issues and navigate customer service systems effectively
- Maintain high-quality scores and call center metrics while promoting self-service tools
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of previous call center and/or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
- Access to high-speed internet for remote connectivity when applicable
