Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide quality customer service via phone, chat, and email, while managing customer inquiries, complaints, and account updates in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and payment processing
  • Open trouble tickets for customer issues and navigate customer service systems effectively
  • Maintain high-quality scores and call center metrics while promoting self-service tools
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 months of previous call center and/or customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
  • Access to high-speed internet for remote connectivity when applicable
