Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support by answering inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls and provide excellent customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with professionalism
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment
