Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting while working remotely and engaging with a diverse consumer base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and value from DISH TV
• Maintain engagement and professionalism during all customer interactions, including video meetings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Smartphone or device with an active data network connection
• Residency in specific states including Florida, Georgia, and Kansas, among others
