Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical support while promoting products and services to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls throughout the shift
• Engage with a diverse customer base to provide effective solutions for their needs
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities for advancement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Smartphone or device with an active data network connection
• Residency in eligible states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming, or Texas
