Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time/part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers in both Spanish and English, and ensure satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting customer interactions
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet sales targets and call-handling quotas while maintaining adherence to company policies
Required qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of one year of high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
