Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound client communications, resolve inquiries using web-based tools, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Resolve issues on the first call by actively listening and de-escalating situations when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing purposes and provide feedback on call issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
