Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage complex consumer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and refund processing while adhering to a structured work schedule.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, live chats, and written communications while troubleshooting consumer product issues
  • Process refunds and replacements accurately, and provide recommendations based on consumer needs
  • Log customer interactions and maintain knowledge of company products and services to ensure high-quality service
Required qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with experience in navigating multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in stressful situations
  • College degree preferred
